I love looking at the names chosen for paper designs...they are so clever and fun!
The same can be said for the sweet names for the Lily Bee HEAD OVER HEALS papers! 
With this challenge, use atleast one (or more if you wish) of the PAPER NAMES on your card!

January Inspiration

Welcome to another week of inspiration from our design team using the January kit featuring Lily Bee Head over Heals.  You can still get your kit here ;)

 Love the little clusters Nicole has created at the top and bottom of her page, showing several different patterned papers.

 Did you notice how Gina colored the cream thickers to a gorgeous orange?  Along with her paint splatters it really compliments the bits of orange that are in this kit.

 Isn't this patchwork heart to die for!!!  Love what Deanna has done with this and the paint splatters that come out from it, really gives an explosion of love doesn't it!

I am loving the delicate border on this craft paper and the way it goes with all the beautiful pinks in this kit.

Kim shows us how this line doesn't necessarily have to be all about love.  The different cut flags throughout this layout works great with her sports theme.

good morning. it's danni here with a new monday CARDS challenge. the challenge today is a simple but fun one.

create a card using 4 different patterned papers and 1 chipboard piece.

i have created 4 cards using the JAN 'Nook kit using this recipe. here is one of the cards (the rest i will post in the 'Nook CARDS forum here: CARDS FORUM in the thread: four + one Card Challenge.

i painted the chipboard white then stamped it in rasberry fizz with one of my doily stamps from a previous kit, stitched and adhered one of the cute flowers from the kit.

we can't wait to see your cards.

New Year Crop Challenge #4

Hi!

Are you enjoying the challenges so far? Need another one? New Year Crop Challenge is up!

Even if we have a new year, and most of us want to improve in 2012, we can't let all old go can we? After all, there was something good the past year, too? Let's stick to the good old for a while.



Here is my challenge for you:

Browse through your 2011 creations and pick your 10 favourites. May be you have already?
Then pick one of them and scrap lift it! You don't have to show us all your 10 favs, just the one you picked to lift, and of course your new creation.

This one, made with the October kit, is one of my favs from 2011:




And here is my brand new creation, made with the super sweet January kit + ribons and pins from older kits.

Your lift doesn't have to be a true CASE, but we need to see you have lifted your old creation. This could be a layout, a card or an AI.


Deadline: January 22nd noon PST
Don't forget to upload both your old and new creations to the this thread in the Forum.
We will pick one winner by random to get a January Kit. What do say about that?
