Shellye here with your Wednesday CARDS Challenge, which is

hosted at the Nook Forum.

I spotted this really cool and creative layout by Nook member, Scrappin_in_AK

 Here is a peek at her layout and the inspiration for this challenge:

 

The challenge?  Lift the layout into a card!  You may wish to use the 

circles, dots, banners and/or word strips...just have fun with it :)
